The program included a 7,850 sf. renovation to the Academic Center, Neuroscience Lab, Surgical/Teaching Suite and Administrative Offices.

The renovations of the second floor included creating one large teaching
laboratory with custom folding partitions that could be used when needed for smaller or multiple classes.  Renovation also included  integration of new technology and modernization of casework components. The fourth floor renovation consisted of animal housing areas, behavioral research & testing labs, and a surgical area.

The renovations were sponsored by FHC a company specializing in neuroscience equipmet.  The College plans on seeking AAALAC Accreditation (Association for Assessment and Accreditation for Animal Laboratory Care International).
