Vantage Healthcare Network and Warren General Hospital chose R.W. Larson Associates, P.C. for the Conceptual Study and Final Site Master Planning of a 93 acre wooded parcel along State Route 62 North of Warren, Pennsylvania.

The program included site and architectural design for a 15,000 ft² Ambulatory Surgery Center, a 60 Unit Assisted Living Facility, and 20 Independent Living Residential Units.

The site and architectural design take advantage of the rural, woodland site and views offering an open, relaxing, and rustic feeling.

RWLA was responsible for all landscape architecture, programming, space planning, and other architectural design services.
