This state-of-the-art Operating facility was designed to meet the growing need for ‘Same Day/Outpatient’ surgeries. This facility is designed to enable the performance of minor surgeries and procedures including laser eye surgery and gastrointestinal procedures. Orthopedic, Ear/Nose/Throat, Podiatry, Urology, Plastic, and Dental surgeries are planned for future phases.
The process involved extensive site design and coordination in order to develop a green field site into a multi-tenant complex, which is also subdivided to allow for another structure as well as its associated parking.
