R.W. Larson Associates was responsible for the feasibility planning for new 80+ Unit Independent Living Apartment Building on a 15 acre parcel adjacent to the existing Rebecca Residence Assisted Living, Nursing, and Alzheimer’s care facility.

The program included placement, orientation, and general footprint design for the proposed apartment structure; 28 garage spaces for the future tenants; and a grading study to show the buildings relationship to the existing hillside.
