Quail Cove, a proposed Restricted Age Community, consists of 90 high end residential apartment/condominium style living units, a community center for the residents, and several outdoor amenities designed onto a 7 acre parcel just 40 miles outside of Manhattan.

In a development driven to attract active adults from the City, this small community was designed to incorporate underground parking and establish a pedestrian friendly environment.
