This project is the final phase of a two-step plan to replace the oldest section of the Concordia Lutheran Ministries campus, Oertel Care Center, which is currently located ¼ mile away from the Lund Care Center.  This new addition to the Lund Care Center will consist of a three-level, 189-bed  (79 skilled care beds and 110 assisted living beds) building, totaling approximately 129,525 gross feet. 

Site planning consisted of several different elements.  Relocation of the main site entrance allows it to serve as the main campus entrance for future development in the acreage beyond.  We provided separate drop-offs and entrances for the residents and administrative staff as well as providing adequate parking for the large staff during shift change.
