Starting with the Credit Union's existing space presented a design challenge both from constructability and operational standpoints. While upgrading the member service area, the existing Lobby needed to remain open and operational for continued business. This required strategic scheduling and coordination in order to keep the environment suitable for member interaction.

Efficient reorganization and upgraded technology allowed for an additional customer service office within the lobby footprint while maintaining the same number of member serving teller stations.
