The State Employees Federal Credit union sought out R.W. Larson Associates to help combine it's two previous operations centers into a new campus facility, that is home to nearly two-hundred non branch SEFCU staff.

The design of the SEFCU campus included master planning, the renovation of a warehouse building into a wellness center, a new one-hundred seat auditorium, a new retail branch with drive up facilities, and a new three story office building.

The office building included a 10,000 SF state of the art data center, an underground parking garage, and sufficient office space to consolidate their two existing locations. The building is also eligible for energy rebates through NYSERDA, the New York State energy conservation agency.
