After the demolition of an existing parking garage, Zippo retained Landscape Architectural service from R.W. Larson Associates for the design and preconstruction services of their Corporate Parking Lot.  A major concern of Zippo throughout the design process was to establish visibility of their headquarters facility from the adjacent main roadway, US Route 219. 

Some notable design features for this project included incorporating
custom-made Zippo ‘street-lighters’ lining the drive up to the building, a plaza with three flagpoles, and the world-famous Zippo logo formed into the sidewalk.
