A seven story, 90,000 SF building, currently under construction in Greensburg, Pennsylvania. The tenant is the PA Department of Labor and Industry, with 4 departments.

Restrooms, stairs, elevators, mechanical chases were kept to the north side of the building which abuts the railroad tracks to minimize noise from the trains. Due to its location downtown, no parking is required; however, 14 ADA accessible spaces have been provided.

The building also boasts a number of security features, including guard stations, surveillance cameras and proximity card readers. Hearing rooms have additional security features such as “safe corridors” and panic alarms.
