This building serves as the Warren, PA Office for R.W. Larson Associates, P.C. (RWLA). RWLA performed the Programming, Design, Space Planning, Preconstruction activities, Contract Documents, Bidding/Negotiations, and Construction Administration services for this facility.

Designed as a multi-tenant use with accessible entrances into each level, the building consists of two floor levels of occupancy. The program included reception and waiting areas, conference rooms, material libraries, and an open plan work area for production as well as traditional office space.
