This Space Planning/Feasibility Study for Betts Industries, Inc. served as a guideline for the revitalization process of their existing space.  The working environment was altered through the interview process, and new adjacencies were determined so that the building’s usage could be restructured to meet their current and future needs.  As a result of the interviews and facility projections/assessments, a report including a departmental analysis, heating and cooling system recommendations, an opinion of costs, and a schematic preconstruction schedule was developed as a comprehensive guide.  The goal of the study was to present Betts with ‘fresh look’ that included the reorganization of spatial relationships, a conversion of wasted space to usable amenities, and a general improvement/update of their interior atmosphere as well as accommodate ADA requirements.
